Cooking Recipes Over Beef Tongue

The following ingredients and how to make it


500 g beef tongue
4 tbsp of cooking oil, for sauteing
10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
4 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 plum tomatoes
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 tbsp salt
½ TSP pepper

How To Make Stews Beef Tongue Dishes Recipes:

Boiled tongue with water to taste until tender, thinly sliced.

Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Remove and drain.
Heat the margarine, then add beef tongue. Cook until half cooked. Pour the boiled water, then add salt and pepper.
Enter the sweet soy sauce, add tomato, cayenne pepper and celery. Cook until seasoning infuse and mature. Lift.

For 4-5 servings
